If you like infrastructure, security, cloud, and software, and you prefer outcomes over buzzword bingo, you might fit. We are deliberately cheeky about it because “competitive package” usually means “we hope you do not read the fine print.” Here is the honest version.

  • Money: compensation that reflects the complexity you handle, not how good you are at negotiating against yourself.
  • Upside: participation that rewards delivery and judgment, not deck polish, because we care who actually moves the needle.
  • Events: offsites, dinners, and gatherings with real planning and real fun, photogenic for the right reasons.

We don't believe in function titles over the right attitude.

We pick people, not title inflation. LinkedIn can be a useful scrap of context or a miniature theatre production under your name, and we are not here to score length. What we look for is who you are when the varnish is off: how you reason about trade offs, whether you keep your word when it costs you something, and whether you still reach for the messy work when there is no spotlight. If that sounds like you, lead with that in your message. We will read it like humans, not like keyword scanners.
