Building a loan origination platform for Altisource (low code)

Altisource needed a scalable loan origination system without multi year custom development. We delivered core LOS modules on a low code platform with integrations, controls, and fast iteration.

Introduction

Altisource required a scalable and flexible Loan Origination System (LOS) to streamline complex workflows, improve processing times, and adapt quickly to changing regulatory requirements. Traditional development approaches were too slow and costly for their needs.

We delivered a fully functional LOS platform using a low code development approach, significantly reducing time to market. The platform enabled faster loan processing, improved data accuracy, and provided the flexibility to adapt workflows without heavy redevelopment.

What we did

We partnered closely with stakeholders to map out end to end loan origination workflows, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for automation. Using a leading low code platform, we rapidly developed core modules including application intake, document management, approval workflows, and reporting.

Integration played a key role, we connected the LOS to external systems such as credit bureaus, compliance tools, and internal databases. This ensured seamless data flow and reduced manual entry.

We also implemented role based access controls, audit trails, and compliance checks to meet regulatory requirements. Iterative development cycles allowed for continuous feedback and rapid improvements.
